What a lovely day everyone had at our recent Christmas Fayre.

Residents and visitors enjoyed a glass of mulled wine or a hot chocolate, while browsing some of the stalls that local businesses had hired out for the day.

Unfortunately one of the beauty stalls had to pull out at short notice, however 2 budding entreprenuers,  12 year old Eve Cassidy and 11 year old Ria McNeil saved the day by setting up their own stall, where visitors could get their nails polished or even a temporary tattoo.

A great afternoon was had by all and the sum of £126.80 was raised for Lisden Residents Comfort Fund.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved, especially the stall holders, volunteers and staff who came in on their day off to help, and of course everyone who came to visit on the day.
