We recently spoke to the local green keeper from Scoonie Golf Club to discuss putting a small putting green in our front garden for residents to use.

It's with great pride that we opened the green last week thanks to the support from the golf club. As you can see from some of the pictures, staff and residents are delighted.

New manager, Gordon Candlish supported residents George, Les and Helen with their first rounds on Thursday afternoon. It's a great use of the space here and a fantastic activity for residents, many of whom enjoyed playing golf during their younger days. The course enables us to support hobbies for residents and is also great for others who enjoy spectating, it brings a real social aspect.

We are really excited about adding this to our list of activities and we're very greatful to Scoonie Golf Club for their time and support.
