It is not only permanent residents that the staff of Luncarty House make Dreams come true for.  We aim to increase the Wellbeing of everyone that comes into our care.

One of our Respite Residents, Patrick Tolan, told staff that his dream was to find a copy of a newspaper that published a story of him working in Moscow in 1961 and his encounter with Soviet Premier Kruschev.

With some detective work the newspaper article was tracked down.  After a visit to the AK Bell Library Archives Team the article was framed and presented to Patrick.  He was delighted!

We would like to thank the Editor of the Perthshire Advertiser Johnathon Menzies, his colleague Terri and the staff of A K Bell Library for their assistance in making his dream come true.
