As part of Wheatlands weekly activity and wellbeing programme, residents took part in a morning seated exercise session this week.

The exercise sessions always include a warm up, a variety of gentle movements to promote flexibility and circulation, and a cool down at the end of the session.

Taking part in these sessions are not only fun to do, but also improve physical and mental health and wellbeing.
