Today we had a lovely outing with 6 of our residensts to the Alford Motor Museum and then to the Alford Bistro for lunch. We had a great walk round all the displays at the museum and Peter who was at the home on Friday gave us a wee talk on the Next of Kin display they have just now to do with World War 1.

After being at the museum we went to the Alford Bistro for lunch which was enjoyed very much by all. We all had soup and a pudding which fairly went down a treat. One resident said it was the best Cullen Skink he had tasted and Betty's day was made with a lovely meringue with cream, fruit and ice cream for her pudding.

We would like to say thank you to all the staff at the museum and the bistro for their patience and kindness.
