A group of residents, including war veterans, from North Grove and North Inch Care Homes visited the Poppies Weeping Window at The Black Watch Castle & Museum at Balhousie Castle, a cascade of several thousand handmade ceramic poppies to commemorate 100 years since the First World War.

Veterans William Henderson, Eddie Melville, Peter Mitchell and John Mitchell, enjoyed the dramatic sculptures, created by artist Paul Cummins and designer Tom Piper, which have been specially presented at The Black Watch Castle & Museum until Sunday 25th September, 2016.
