On Monday 19th March, Wheatland’s Residents participated in our regular fitness & wellbeing activities.


The participants appeared in high spirits and participated well throughout this activity. We tailor the exercises to each individual and give support and positive encouragement throughout. We thank everyone for coming because sometimes just coming along is the first step to a new chapter in our own wellbeing. Every movement counts and increasing this slowly has lots  of health benefits

  • Helps with balance and fall prevention
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Increases mood - Reduces the risk of depression
  • Helps gain confidence
  • Helps delay diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
