Completed in 2007 this is a 38 bedded purpose built residential dementia unit. North Grove demonstrates the Company's continuing commitment to high quality care for different high dependency groups.

North Grove shares its Care Commission Registration with the adjacent North Inch Care Home. It is within walking distance of the city of Perth and Balhousie Castle (home of The Black Watch Museum).

Perth is a long established market town and is steeped in history stemming from the days when it was Scotland's capital city.

It's peaceful, though central, location with a variety of leisure facilities, places of worship, local shopping and the town centre nearby, enables our residents to remain part of their local community.

Our experienced and well trained staff can provide specialist residential care for people with dementia to a maximum of 38 residents who are all able to enjoy private en suite shower and wc, two of which are double rooms.

Fee Information

Our weekly fee rates for full residential dementia care depend on individual circumstances and room choice, but as a guide range from £550 (the Local Authority rate) to £740 per week. All residents have specific care requirements and for example residents with higher dependency levels may incur additional fees. It is not possible to predetermine exact fee levels until a full assessment has been undertaken, following which residents will be provided with clear documentation outlining fees chargeable for their care. Additional charges are kept to a minimum but for example the receipt of personal newspapers, hairdressing and so on will incur a small additional charge.
