North Inch Care Home is adjacent to our newly completed purpose built 38 bedded specialist Alzheimer's and Dementia unit, North Grove. It is within walking distance of the city of Perth and Balhousie Castle (home of The Black Watch Museum). Residents at Balhousie North Inch enjoy spectacular views over the North Inch Park.

Perth is a long established market town and is steeped in history stemming from the days when it was Scotland's capital city. Perth is blessed with easily accessible parklands and our residents are able to enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities.

Balhousie North Inch Care Home enjoys a peaceful, central location with a variety of local leisure facilities, places of worship, shopping and the town centre nearby, enabling our residents to remain in touch with the local community.

The home has recently undergone an internal refurbishment. Our experienced and well trained staff can provide residential care to a maximum of 40 residents, the majority of which have private en suite bedroom facilities.

Fee Information

Our weekly fee rates for full nursing care depend on individual circumstances. However, as a guide range from £474 (the Local Authority rate) and £715 per week for residents not funded by the local authority. All residents have specific care requirements and residents with higher dependency levels may incur additional fees. It is not possible to predetermine exact fee levels until a full assessment has been undertaken, following which residents will be provided with clear documentation outlining fees chargeable for their care. Charges for extras are kept to a minimum but for example the supply of personal newspapers, provision of hairdressing and so on will incur a small additional charge.
