Sharing Your Care – For The Environment

In May 2008, Balhousie Care Group launched our “Bright Ideas” campaign. Balhousie residents, friends and staff were encouraged to submit any suggestions that might improve energy efficiency in all our Care Homes.

The responses were collated and each care home is now making simple yet effective steps towards improved energy efficiency in every Balhousie Care Home, every day.

In January 2009 a ‘Top ideas' poster was designed and launched using a summary of the ideas we've received so far. The highly visual posters are displayed around each Balhousie Care Home as a constant reminder of what we can all do to help the environment.
