  • My name is Arthur Tindal and I live in Australia my Mum is a new resident at the home my point of contact there is April Clement after I made a couple of phone calls April asked if we would like to set up a regular Skype session with me on Friday's at 11:00am your time we gave it a go and found this to be a fantastic tool for someone like myself and my family living so far away from Mum, the feedback before has been verbal through my sister, but when April suggested we try using Skype it has been great  having a video call then seeing Mum and she has been able to see us and her grand children as well. I have been able to see first hand the changes in Mum's appearance from week to week and also get feedback on Mum's health from April and how she has been settling in to her new environment and I must say both from my sister and myself here in Australia I can see that she is well cared for, it also looks like she looks forward to the video call each week. I would like to congratulate the home and give you some positive feedback for the care and also commend April in coming up with the idea in the first place a big pat on the back from me. I'll finish there Pauline we hope you and everyone at the home all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Kind Regards, Arthur Tindal & Family, 7th November 2016
