What to do if you're not happy
 

It goes without saying that we try to ensure that every aspect of the care we provide meets or exceeds the most  demanding expectations. However, we're only human, and sometimes things can go wrong or fail to meet the standards we strive to achieve.

If you have a concern about any aspect of the care we provide, there are a number of options available to you:-

  1. Contact: The care home manager – their details are provided on each home's page on our website. They will also have given you their card with their details at the time of admission.
