We appreciate the effort and commitment that goes into operating all our care homes efficiently.
To show our appreciation to our team members and by recognising the contributions they each make individually, we present an "Employee of the Month Award" to the most outstanding individual in each Care Home every month.

Employee of the Month for Balhousie Crieff Care Home - Crieff
The Directors of the Balhousie Care Group are delighted to recognise that Caroline Prieto has been chosen as Employee of the Month for Balhousie Crieff Care Home - Crieff.
Balhousie Crieff Care Home - Crieff - Caroline Prieto was chosen as carer of the month for March. Caroline was presented with her vouchers by resident Kathleen (pictured). Some of the comments from our residents are:
- Caroline is wonderful
- Nothing ever is a bother to her
- If all the staff were like Caroline I would be in second heaven!
- Caroline is the girl with the wonderful smile and her teeth are beautiful!
- I remember her when you interviewed her, I told you she would be a good one!

Employee of the Month for Balhousie Ruthven Towers Care Home - Auchterarder
The Directors of the Balhousie Care Group are delighted to recognise that Pramod Prabhakaran has been chosen as Employee of the Month for Balhousie Ruthven Towers Care Home - Auchterarder.
Balhousie Ruthven Towers Care Home - Auchterarder - Pramod works as cook he has had a difficult couple of weeks in the kitchen with the transfer of clients from Ruthven. The reason he was chosen as employee of the month - even with the added pressure the clients and staff were unaware of his problems in the kitchen he delivered the food to the dining areas with a smile and lots of charm.
