Harvest Hamper for Balhousie The Glens

At the beginning of October, Balhousie The Glens Care Home, Edzell were delighted to receive a carefully selected Harvest Hamper from the pupils and staff of Edzell Primary School. Each school pupil was asked to donate an item of non-perishable food for the Harvest Thanksgiving service at Edzell Primary School prior to the October school holidays. The hamper which was donated to the residents of Balhousie The Glens Care Home contained a variety of goods including biscuits, sweets, oatcakes and tins of soup and fruit. The hamper was gratefully received and a thank you letter issued to the school.
