A representative from CHAS (Balhousie Care Group's nominated charity for 2008/09) set up a Christmas Gift Shop at Balhousie The Glens Care Home, Edzell in the afternoon of Thursday 9th October. Residents, staff and relatives were invited to purchase a variety of products including Christmas cards, calendars, mugs and pens with all profits going to the Children's Hospice Association Scotland. Residents enjoyed starting their Christmas shopping early this year and £73.11 was raised for CHAS!
