On the 30th April Balhousie Alastrean had a visit from Kylie Evans of Tap o Noth fudge who gave a short talk on how she came to be living in the North East from her native New Zealand and how she started to make her fudge from her grandmothers recipe. She handed round samples of the original and her new whisky fudge when all agreed it was "so moreish" . Staff and residents were given the oppertunity to buy at a special price.
