We are delighted to announce that Luncarty Care Home was acquired by the group on Friday 4 April 2008. The home, which offers both residential and specialist dementia care, is managed by Eveline Moyes and her staff.
"The Balhousie Care Group has a strong track record in providing the best of care to the elderly and, like Balhousie Luncarty Care Homes, many of our homes provide specialist dementia care in units within, or adjacent to, the home. This is important for many people who feel that, should they need access to such specialist care in the future, it will not necessitate moving again." commented Andrew Morgan, Finance Director.
Balhousie Care Group own and manage 16 care homes across Scotland, caring for more than 500 elderly residents.

Words of appreciation...
- We have always been impressed by you all at Balhousie - especially those who directly looked after Mum's day to day personal care. Also those who kept the home clean and tidy and had pleasant chats with Mum. Daughter of Resident at Balhousie North Grove Care Home
- Now that I am living in Australia, Skype has been a fantastic way of keeping in touch with Mum. Thank you Balhousie for providing this facility Daughter of Resident at Balhousie Alastrean Care Home
- The thing I most enjoy is the interaction with residents and family members. Being part of a team that delivers high quality care, often in the latter years of an individual's life, while trying to promote their independence is a big responsibility. I think it's hugely important to be able to make that time as easy and comfortable as possible. Manager, Balhousie Lisden Care Home
The goal of Balhousie Care Group is to be acknowledged as the leading and most admired provider of residential care in Scotland.
