Recently, our Founder and Chairman, Tony Banks, committed that ALL Head Office staff would work in one of our care homes for a day. This took place on 23rd December. The object of the day was to ensure that staff based at Head Office experienced what life in a care home is really like and gain a better understanding of the challenges the staff in the homes face on a daily basis.
The staff from Head Office worked in various roles within the home including domestic, laundry, kitchen and activities.
