The residents and staff of Balhousie Luncarty Care Home enjoyed a fundraising Summer Fete in the grounds of Luncarty on Saturday 14 June. Relatives and the local community were invited to enjoy the event which included various stalls, majorettes, a marshall art demonstration, ceremonial drums, a 'bonny baby' competition, a bouncy castle and hook-a-duck. Approximately £800 was raised for the Luncarty Resident's Comfort Fund.

Words of appreciation...
- The thing I most enjoy is the interaction with residents and family members. Being part of a team that delivers high quality care, often in the latter years of an individual's life, while trying to promote their independence is a big responsibility. I think it's hugely important to be able to make that time as easy and comfortable as possible. Manager, Balhousie Lisden Care Home
