Recycling appeal bags from the Children's Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) have, this week, been issued to the Manager of each Balhouse Care Home and to our Head Office. By recycling used inkjet cartridges (& unwanted mobile phones) Balhousie Care Group can help raise additional funds for CHAS, and drive forward our recently launched Efficiency Initiative. Each recycling appeal bag will hold 3 mobile phones or 6 ink cartridges. The sealed bags can then be returned to the freepost address printed on the bag.

Words of appreciation...
- I wish to express my sincere thanks to yourself and to all the staff at Balhousie for their exceptional standard of care and their kindness Daughter of Resident at Balhousie The Glens Care Home
- We have always been impressed by you all at Balhousie - especially those who directly looked after Mum's day to day personal care. Also those who kept the home clean and tidy and had pleasant chats with Mum. Daughter of Resident at Balhousie North Grove Care Home
- The thing I most enjoy is the interaction with residents and family members. Being part of a team that delivers high quality care, often in the latter years of an individual's life, while trying to promote their independence is a big responsibility. I think it's hugely important to be able to make that time as easy and comfortable as possible. Manager, Balhousie Lisden Care Home
The goal of Balhousie Care Group is to be acknowledged as the leading and most admired provider of residential care in Scotland.
