The comfort of our residents - the cleanliness in our homes and staff friendliness are just some of the vital aspects addressed in our day-to-day work, in all our Balhousie Care homes...by each and every member of our team. To show our appreciation to our team members and to recognise the contributions they each make individually, we present an "Employee of the Month Award" to the most outstanding individual in each Care Home.

Long Service Awards are also presented to team members who have been with the Balhousie Care Group for more than five or ten years - their commitment and contribution to Balhousie is an important part of what make us who we are today.
