Cheese and wine at Alastrean

On Tuesday the resident's took part in a quiz where they got to guess what were names of cheeses and which were red herrings followed by sips of wine, guessing which were alcoholic and which were not, which was £3 and which was £10 etc.  All resident's enjoyed the fun, especially the fact that they 'forgot' to bring a bucket to spit out the wine like the professionals do, so got a taster of wine for a treat! The Cheese and Wine theme continued through to Wednesday where all the resident's enjoyed a cheese and wine where they got to have a glass of their favourite wine from the tasting the day before accompanied with a selection of world cheeses not usually found on the menu at Alastrean.  As you can see from the picture, Roddy is thoroughly enjoying his 'Cheese and Wine'!
