A magical time was had at Alastrean House on Christmas Day with lots of families and friends popping in throughout the day to exchange Christmas wishes and gifts! The morning was filled with festive tunes, mince pies and Mrs Claus (Becks) and her helper (Emily) handing out warm hugs and Christmas gifts!! Some family members arrived to join their loved ones at lunch time for a scrumptious turkey dinner and Christmas Cake for pudding! During their yummy lunch the residents and their loved ones enjoyed taking part in a Christmas Quiz with Owen scooping the top prize with only one incorrect answer!! Drinks and nibbles continued throughout the day with lots more families arriving to join in on the festive atmosphere.
A few of the residents enjoyed a Boxing Day stroll in the beautiful surroundings the next day for some lovely fresh December air!!
