A few of our residents at Rumbling Bridge Nursing Home enjoyed a fun day out on the Oomph Wellness bus this week. Residents decided they would like to visit Muircot Farm in Tillicoultry where they enjoyed a leisurely stroll in the fresh air, admiring the Ochil Hills and surrounding scenery on their way. We then had a spot of lunch and cuppa in the lovely farm shop cafe before having a look around the farm shop. Residents bought some fresh veg to take back to the home to make a pot of soup and some homemade jam with the fresh fruit.
