Balhousie Care Group strive to deliver the highest standard of care possible, and as such it’s important that we understand the individual needs and desires of each and every one of our residents. With this in mind, we here at Stormont Lodge decided to hold a fun activity with residents for them to express their thoughts so that we can tailor the care we provide accordingly. We used over sized speech bubbles and had a brain storming session to gather thoughts and comments.
