Many of our residents require a qualified nursing care team available to them 24-hours a day. This type of care need is called ‘Nursing Care’.
Residents who require this may need intensive rehabilitative care (they may have suffered a stroke, for example), have a physical disability or suffer from a long-term condition which may require around-the-clock assistance. Many of our care homes offer the support and accommodation facilities of a residential home, plus the benefit of specialist 24-hour care from our qualified nurses.
Care plans created for our residents, based on an individual assessment, will of course complement and work in tandem with the care provided by your own Doctor or other community health professional on an ongoing basis if needed.
Please enquire at the care home of your choice about the level of nursing care available, how this will meet your requirements and how we can support you.
