When emailing me understand that I may be mapping that day and so may not check my emails until later that night, or first thing in the morning but that I always try to reply within 24hrs.

If you need to see me or need me to come visit give me as much notice as possible as my diary is often full and understand I have to prioritize and things may change.
I am a very social person who likes to talk (A Lot), please say hello to me when I visit.
I drive all over Scotland and use a Sat Nav if you know there is likely to be a particular problem on the roads please let me know so I can leave earlier. I do fall out regularly with my sat nav and end up on mystery tours.
I have a very small and close family and friends group and my free time is almost always spent with them.
I am passionate about dementia care and workforce development.
I love research and reading. I read and write a lot on dementia, even in my free time. I also have a fascination with the brain and read extensively on this.
I have a ‘to do’ list and this is something I refer to throughout my day as I like to feel organized and that I have accomplished something with my day.
A mobile calendar or diary is very important to me as I work across a large area and with a lot of different people and need to know where I am and when.
I love seeing others develop and do well and gain a lot of job satisfaction from seeing the change in people.
