Balhousie Assist Nehemia’s Education in Tanzania

Balhousie Care Group are delighted to announce that they have recently agreed to support the education of 5yr old Nehemia James Lyimo, when he is admitted to the infant class of Moshi Academy, Tanzania from the 2009 academic year. One of four children under the age of fourteen, Nehemia is the brother of Glory Lyimo who Balhousie have supported since 2008. Managing Director of Balhousie Care Group, Tony Banks met Nehemia and Glory’s father, James in 2007 when he guided a group on their climb up Mount Kilimanjaro. James is in regular contact with Balhousie and is hugely appreciative of the assistance which Balhousie Care Group provide for his family. James’ dream is that his children progress through school and attend University. His hope is that education will end poverty in Tanzania.
