The Balhousie Care Group Philosophy
The Balhousie Care Group philosophy was originally set out by our founder Tony Banks in 1991. Every new member of staff is taken through an understanding of the philosophy and it's meaning as part of their induction training. It is the bedrock of our beliefs and remains the guiding principles upon which our company was founded and the way we work today.
Residents of a Balhousie Care Home will be treated at all times with dignity and respect, and have every aspect of care we provide extended to them.
Staff of Balhousie Care Group will be provided with every opportunity to develop their skills individually, and to have their care, sensitivity and empathy for residents recognised by other staff, management and friends and relatives of residents.
Management of Balhousie Care Group will use every endeavour to constantly monitor and enhance the level of care residents receive to ensure we consistently deliver an outstanding standard of care to our residents and their families.
The goal of Balhousie Care Group is to be acknowledged as the leading and most admired provider of residential care in Scotland.
We aim to be known and respected for our sensitivity, our continuing focus on innovation in care and our commitment to achieve overall excellence in all we do.
