As we begin to see the spring weather arrive, our residents at Balhousie Brookfield in Carnoustie have been out in the garden soaking up the sunshine. Looks blissful!

Since today is International Dance Day, and it’s a Monday, what could be better than sharing some incredible dance moves from the residents and staff at Balhousie Dalnaglar, with some help from local DJ Ally Bongo! How much fun does this look?! ...

At Balhousie Willowbank in Arbroath, our residents love to sing and dance. Add some pom-poms in and they’re in their element! All of the residents thoroughly enjoyed some pom-pom themed chair exercises.

Our residents at Clement Park love to go ten-pin bowling. They made another trip to Tenpin Dundee to enjoy hitting a few pins. No-one enjoyed the bowling more than Brenda, who has a very distinct style! Great effort, Brenda!

The residents and staff at Balhousie Monkbarns were delighted  to have a shot of  a giant inflatable version of ‘Whack a Mole’. When participants weren’t trying to ‘whack’  people as their heads as they popped up with an inflatable hammer, they were in fits of laughter. So much fun! ...

When Jasmine the pygmy goat made an appearance at Balhousie Glens, there was a very long queue for a cuddle! The little cutie was brought in by Care Assistant Suzanne Craighead who breeds them. Isn’t she just adorable? ...

Local band Deep Drift dropped into Balhousie Brookfield, one of our Carnoustie homes, to entertain the residents. There was lots of wonderful live music, comedy and fun. All the residents – and staff – had a great time and can’t wait to welcome them back!

In a true display of community spirit, our staff and residents at Balhousie Forth View were joined by members of the local church and Sea Cadets for a special visit. Members from Methil Parish Church and the local Sea Cadets brought smiles to the residents as they brought sweets and special gift bags for everyone. ...
